21foot 216ssi 2000 chaparral 5.7 tbi Volvo 1:43 gears. 14.5x19 pitch prop. I can only hit 4200 rpms at WOT trimed up a quarter of the way at 47mph. Full thank has 58 gallons 2 people on board. I even installed a second tac to verify rpms. And have been threw the intire ignition system and fuel system everything is to spec 170 hours on motor. New motor installed 6 years ago from chap dealer. Doesn’t burn oil no more than expected. Idk thank you!!! For any opinions.

What was your RPM and MPH previously? When did you start to see/realize reduced #'s?
