True with that boat it is all about the motor, thinking of painting the inside of the boat sand tan to match the lower unit, and the seat cushions will be holiday red to match the rest of the motor. Planning on a wood floor as well.

Picked up a Mark 75 to put on the boat incase I want to make it go fast, all I have to do is go thru it and make it purr.

Did a little custom work on the controller

A little more detail work put moleskin on the inside of the oar brackets so the oars don't rattle.

Well I finally fired up the motor and it runs like a watch pretty pleased about that. Just have to get a new key and test the water pump. After the water pump checks out it will be time to paint the lower unit and then mount the motor.

Finally mounted the controller, cut the plywood for the floor and picked out the carpet.

Have the wiring about done, the carpet I ordered is finally in I might just get the floor in this weekend.

Love it when a plan tomes together, I have been looking for a replacement spot light online for months, they can get expensive. Well I finally found the right taylor made at an affordable price, hooks right up to the existing base. Other than the seats that was the last piece of the puzzle of replacement parts I need to complete the rehab.
