How much do you have to spend either on a new boat or fixxing up your old one?

Will this current hull handle a bigger motor without rebuilding the hull?

You don't really give much to go on like size or kind of boat.

I guess it depends on how much time and money you want to spend on this project??

Reinforced transoms generally means rotted transom... Pictures will help, we need more information. Go to the restoration forum so you get familiar with what you are getting into if you decide to fix it. It is hard work, costly and you will never get the money back.

cool....free can be good...sometimes you hafta be careful and you can get what ya pay for....

But 3hp and speed boat have never crossed my mind in the same sentence before....Guess all boats are speed boats..some are a lot speedy-er

105hp is a lot of power for a 14 footer!
