Well everyone I've been a member for a while just never really post but a lot of reading. I thought I would finally post and share our get-a-way vessel. I bought my 1996 four winns horizon 220 dlx at the end of the season last year for 8900. I had the pleasure of putting it in the water twice last year, once for the sea trial and second time for a day on the lake. We got burned on a 97 larson then found our four winns and I am really glad we did. It ran good last year the couple times we used so this year has been a general tune up. So far I replaced the cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, oil and filter change, and impeller. Also it has the vdo gauges and the water temp gauge is inop and the previous owner put in a stand alone gauge with a bad temp sensor I replaced this year. I still need to change the lower and upper unit oil. Enough about the back story on to the specs and pictures though. It has the 5.8FSI with sx cobra out drive and 14 3/4x 17 stainless volvo penta prop. This is the boat behind the old tow vehicle that ended up replaced before thanksgiving.
