Do to a construction of a boat (Bayliner cuddy), there is no place (unless i put is straight on the floor) to install a livewell in a way that its top is above the water line.
Any suggestions on how to resolve the overflow?
Thanks

Use the seat box. If the driver or passenger seat are on a pedestal you can get rid of the pedestal, build a box and put a livewell there. Then it will be above waterline. Otherwise, you could fill a below waterline tank with water and use an air pump for aerating the water in it. You would have to pump it out to empty it. If I were you I would do whatever I could to make one above the waterline.

Well, my seats are back-to-back lounge seats and I like them. I am trying to put my livewell under my cabin that I do not use that often. It seems that the top of my well-to-be is about 1 inch above the water line which would be great for gravity feeding. I won't know that until I put it together and let the water in (hope it will not overfill!)
My only problem in that case will be overflow (drain is easy). Maybe I will have to live without one?

One idea would be to overflow into a small tank which would have a float operated bilge pump in it and pump overboard. This pump would need to be able to pump at a higher rate than the livewell pump, and I'd be real tempted to install a float switch attached to an alarm horn about 2/3rds of the way up in just in case the pump failed.
