Hi everyone I have a 1989 Lo Decker Deck Boat that I'm gonna try and bring back to life. I have never worked on a boat until now. Any help I can get ill take it.
You can start with 2 ft. BUT...Don't be surprised if you find that the decks substructure(Stringers and Bulkheads) are in need of replacement as well, which will mean the entire deck has to come off to get access to that.
What plywood is that??? Looks like very good brand.
OK, I kinda thought that's what it was. Sande Plywood is INTERIOR plywood so it's not really a good brand to use for your boat. You need AC Ext. Grade plywood. It's made using 100% waterproof glue. It won't LOOK as nice but will work better for MarineUse.

Well I wanted 15gal but with all the other material I've gotten this week has my wallet a little thin. I'm ordering another 5gal on Monday. So from what I have read so far I'll need at least 10-15gal of resin. All the material that I'm getting I'm using a list of material/equipment needed for a 16' boat with 4 stringers that you had posted. You will need more than 5 gallons of Resin.
