Disconnect the plug to the powerpack that contains the "black/yellow" wire. Connect a ohm meter (set to high ohms) red lead to the engine harness black/yellow wire with the black lead connected to ground.<br /><br />With key off, you should get a full scale reading (grounded). If not, you've got a broken wire somewhere or a faulty key switch.<br /><br />If the reading is okay (full scale), the problem is usually with the powerpack.
