My old 115 Yamaha is not well!

I opened up my old Yamaha 115 that was running badly and this is what I found...
new gaskets on the way! You think this was the problem, or the gaskets looks OK???

Did you do any testing or just tore it apart. A compression test may have shown the reason for the poor running. It's too late now to guess if a head gasket was blown.

Which cylinder did the watered plug come from?

exhaust plate is another place that gets holes and lets water into cylinders

I am sorry! I did not realize that those post went up...my computer was been funny at that time. I wanted to post only once.
No, I did not do any tests, I tough I would have been able to see if there was a problem in there... and where in the world is the exhaust plate???

number three cylinder is the one with the wet plug...I have ordered some head gasket. I hope that will fix the problem.

Ok does this motor have a Model # on it you can post?
that usually lets everyone know what motor is being talked about

look at a parts breakdown for exhaust plate
