My SS is in OC

Well after a 5 hour trip (should be 3.5) and a less than ideal boat ramp situation my SS is finally nestled in her slip for the week. It appears that all the money I dumped into the motor this past week was WELL worth it. It's running awesome, I can't say enough about the good work the mechanic did despite it having the wrong carbs on it. It idles well so I can go slow speed through the canals here with no coughing or sputtering. It hot-restarted today with no incident.

Had the boat out in some pretty serious chop and it handled it awesomely. So thrilled with this boat. And it's fast as heck. Pics to follow at some point.

Glad to hear she's running good at idle, something tells me you may be venturing a bit further out into the big water with the SS

Glad to hear it EZ. Few things bring a smile to a mans face like a smooth running OUTBOARD Please do take pics but only post them when/if you can dock the boat long enough Have fun, be safe.

I have pics but I forgot my camera cord and it would appear the card reader on my netbook doesn't work in Linux. I'll look into it.
