Power wash, some rubbing compound, some polish and sealant... good to go man!!! .

Nice find... should be a great little boat when you are done with it!

Somewhere here in the past few days I read in a thread that you can use acetone or MEK to fuse a crack. I don't remember where. And in the same thread Woodonglass posted a link to a how-to to form a new shield out of Lexan. If you search recent posts by Woodonglass you should find it. HTH, Jay.

bottom line is don't bother trying to fix it; will be less work to just replace. and that one you have looks easy compared to a Jet star etc with more bend. you could just start securing the Lexan in the center and work outward, bending it as you go. likely zero heat needed.
