Hello All I'm Mark,

I recently purchased a 1987 Amerosport 284 at auction for $453.00 the marina had taken possesion for non payment of slip fees. I am planning to have the boat set up for next summer. And the family is planning on keeping it at the marina on Canyon Lake in AZ a mere 25 minutes from our home. Yes we do have water out here, but no waves.:)

Now obviously there are a few items missing from The Stinky Pinky and any information on their whereabouts would be greatly appreciated. I do not have out-drives ( which I think I have an original pair Alpha one Gen 1 Located in working order or might it be better to outfit with a pair of SEI Overdrives which of course come with the 3 yr warranty?)

I need the original door from below the sing in the galley.
I need new Hatch hardware that helps keep the hatch open for one of the hatches.
New Curtains, Bedding (foam) for the v berth/aft cabin, The Mrs. can stitch them up with new materials and new carpet of course.
I need a rear drain plug.
A new cockpit seat would be nice but the one in place will do for now.
I would like to get a full canvas en closer, the boat has ac but it does get up to 115 in august here and would give us more room to chill in at night.
I need a new companionway lock set/ and Ignition switches.
A new set of wiper arms
I have 2 port windows with hairline crack one each that I located through Chris craft parts( along with the companionway keyset
I need batteries I was thinking group b, pair with a Sterling Power Marine Battery Charger 12 volt 30 amp WITH REMOTE any advice I'm all ears

I just got back form NJ 2 weeks ago The Stinky Pinky was at bay in my mothers driveway for the winter months after purchasing a f350 I was able to obtain all necessary permits for the wide load and drove it to gold Canyon AZ 2700 Miles and a true adventure it was all smooth except for the 5 blowouts on the triple axle until I mastered the level ride height adjustment using my newly acquired Diversi-Tech Hitch. The info on weight load capacities from the site greatly aided me in the f350 choice the track had no problems pulling the 8600+ load.

Pictures to follow....

These are the before & after photos of the 2006 magic boat trailer I purchased through Craigslist for $2200.00 Retail 8600.00 It was for a tunnel hull go fast boat My friend and I cut all the bunks off and re welded them to the trailer it worked well and was an easy slide to get the boat off blocks and onto the trailer no expense was involved for extra metal we used all existing trailer metal only expense was for welding rod and fuel for welder managed project in 12 hours including painting
