Mystery Eska 5 hp identification

So I have an Eska 5 hp and I can't figure out specifics about it and, therefore, can't search for a specific manual on it. Any identification help greatly appreciated! Here's what I know: Engine tag says T-643-05B, 6464643. I also found some numbers stamped in different places: 26069 & 26037. The engine is white with a blue body. pull choke, twist idle adjustment, stop-start-fast bar. Also, it starts and runs but dies after about a minute or two.
