Compression looks go enough. As for the ticking, this is probably a lifer noise. It could be just sticky and will clear up over a bit of time or may need replacing. Water in the oil and steam coming out may be signs of exhaust manifold cracks. If you had a cracked block or blown head gasket the water would show back up. Running on muffs your going to see different amounts of water coming out the exhaust ports, no biggy.
