? Name of cleat on bow of boat

I have a 1972 25' Trojan c/c that Im repowering I noticed today that it dose not have the cleat/ring on the bow that the boat trailer winch line attaches to, in order to winch it up on the trailer. Can some one tell me what that cleat/ring is called and is it possiable to put one on the boat

I always called it a bow hook, yes you can install one yourself, remember to reinforce the back BIG TIME,depending on how accessible it is,use the largest washers you can find or even better a backing plate,it may make the difference of losing the boat while trailering.

mine is reinforced with a big hard wood c looking thing. it is also glassed into the bow.....really tough to pull thru
