name the manufacturer of gauges

gauges are in the center console 1996 17ft mariner.

back of gauges are light green/blue and faces are black.

all the faces have a "Q" with a underscore - below them, rpm,fuel,mph.

greatlakes skipper has many with same back color and post position is
same but faces don't match.

Any idea if this Q means anything.

The Q should stand for Quicksilver which is owned by Mercury. Look for Quicksilver QSS Series Boat Gauges if you want the same ones.
