napa 3225 and premix

anyone been useing the napa 3225 and premixing your gas for awhile? any problems? napa website says not to use this filter with premix but at 12 microns i cant see how it can seperate the oil out- http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/R...Ntt-Marine/N-4294941076 102008 50195/Ne-50000 last one on that page

I have been using thie NAPA 3225 filter for the past 4 years in my 1989 35HP Mercury 2 stroke with no problems.

However, I will talk to my local NAPA guy and find out why the "do not use with premix" warning is on their website.

I don't recall seeing the warning before, but maybe I overlooked it.
