Nauticus-My Stupid move with 3m Marine Silicone

Well, I finally installed my Nauticus Smart Tabs SX today; they work great!!!! Got almost 5 mph more (a 15% gain), and there is now literally no bowlift. Unbelievable!

Now for the stupid part---I found out this wonderful news about 1 hour after installing them using 3m Marine 5200 sealant--IDIOT. I then put it on lift for 2 hours before putting it back in water and floating for 3 hours.

I didn't stop to think that the sealant might actually need some time to set. I followed install instructions, used correct bit; you could hear the screws lightly chewing into the fiberglass, meaning (I HOPE) a good tight seal. I put sealant in the holes, on the screw, etc.

What, if anything, should I do?

Agreed ^^^^^^

But if you are concerend or will sleep better, put a bead around the hinges on the transom.

I think the cure time for 5200 is 48 hours....Being it was just used on screw holes i think you will be ok though..

Not familiar with 3M, but I've used Sikkaflex, a similar adhesive, to apply stainless steel "temporarily" to a fiberglass surface that was submerged about a hour later in sea water for a couple of weeks. When it came time to remove it, we peeled of some of the gell coat!
