Nauticus PR500 and Wakeboarding

I'm putting Smart Tabs SX on my boat this spring. we ski 80% of the time - do you think the PR500 are necessary to have a better wakeboard wake ?

Kinda want to set it and forget it as I don't have any other reason to retract them unless it really make a difference for wakeboard. Looking for real world experience.

SmartTabs will definitely flatten out the wake some. Our boat (an I/O) produces a decent enough wake for a beginning wakeboarder, but if you really wanted to start getting some air while on the board, it would be nice to be able to pull the tabs up.
