Nauticus trim tabs

I feel the need to relay this info to people who will appreciate it. I bought some "smart tab sx" tabs last year from I Boats. I REALLY like the way they make my 19.5 foot Maxum 1900sr handle, they should have been installed from the factory ! BUT...........what Ireally appreciate is the "A NUMBER 1" customer service I have recieved through Nauticus ! People [ including myself ] are quick to get on one of these forums and tell all about how crappy something or someone is, I just want everyone to know that in these times of sub par service and attitudes when things dont go well , there is a company that stands by its product and treats the customer like they should! I reccommend this product AND the customer service! I hopr if you need a product like this you will consider these people, and give them your buisiness.

I totally agree! John at Nauticus is a super guy to deal with.Great product and unmatched customer service!
They deserve the thumbs up!

Agreed. One of the reasons I have been hanging out on this forum is because I was trying to decide if I wanted to go with adjustables or Smart Tabs. I ran into a guy who had smart tabs on a boat similar to mine which had smart tabs and the owner loved them for that boat (he was an old grizzled salt and also had boats with adjustables, so I valued his opinion). That got me thinking about them and my research lead me to this forum. After thinking about what I want from this boat I decided to give the Smart Tabs a try. I had some questions about my particular mounting situation, emailed and called John and company and they gave me an easy solution to a clearance problem I had and also were patient with answering all my questions. I got a set, have laid out the hole pattern on the back of the boat and will completed the install in the next couple of days. Since I haven't actually used them yet, I can't comment about their performance...but the customer support is indeed very good! Hopefully I'll be posting later about how wonderful they are.
