Having restored my 65 MFG Niagara, I am familiar with your plight.
Now, iboats.com has a flat windshield that might be modified to fit your boat....
Or you can go to the yellow pages and look for plastics suppliers, Usually for about $200 - $600 they can make what ever you need. And it will fit right.
Or you can do like I did and make your own replacement shield to fit your frame....
This one cost me $75.00 and that was because I bought too much polycarbonate plastic!

Taylor Made still offers original style windshields to fit your boat. The prices listed below are a few years old. Only the Sportshield is still available. At around $400 plus shipping it is pricy, but it is the real OEM part.
