During the tear-down of my old 200 in the fall, I needed to "slightly" heat the flywheel hub to remove it (having snapped a Merc puller and stripped another) and I knew that I would end up killing the magnet ring located under the flywheel hub....not the magnet ring INSIDE the flywheel...the one that serves as the hall sensor ring for the trigger....
I had expected that the hub would be available as a aeperate part from the flywheel...but of course...I was wrong....(nice one, Phil...)...
I am now asking for any help in finding a replacement for this part...either a flywheel assembly, or just the hub...then I would be able to get this motor back together and back on my Hydro, where it belongs....
The flywheel has a specific designation number...which in my case is #.462
Anyone?...Bueller?....Bueller?.....
