Need a New Impeller...I think

Merc 115hp OB ser# 5922301, 1980-81
Started it up out of the water after having some wiring issues, and there is no water coming out of the tell-tale even though the muffs are on and the water hose is going full blast.
I can't find anybody local that has an impeller, and have run out of luck looking online...Ideas? I would like to be back in the water this weekend.
Just got back from afghanistan, and am looking for some relaxation time. Thanks ahead of time for any and all replies.

Have you checked the tattle tale for insect blockage(dirt daubers)? If you need impeller it is a OEM# 47-89984 or Sierra 18-3017.. If you still have problems and are close to my buddy below call/take to him and have him send repair bill to me or pm me your address and will ship you one free... Thanks for you service!!!!

Another trick you can try is to grab some weed eater cable and snake it through the water system. It's rigid enough not to bind easily and can help knock out blockages if there are any. I've not tried this yet myself, but I've heard of several who have and have had success. If nothing else, it's never a bad idea to replace the impeller too. Good luck!
