Need a pro-seat

I'm looking for an inexpensive pro-seat for my bass boat. As it sits now there is a base plate, approx 2' stand, and a regular seat there. This is making it very difficult for me to control the foot pedal because I am 6'4" and don't work well with my knees tucked into my stomach while trying to cast and operate the foot controls. I'm looking to replace everything with a pro/butt seat and matching base plate. The plate that is in there now is about 2" in diameter so I don't think I have to worry about making the base hole any larger which is a concern. Has anyone installed a new front seat like this recently(preferably close to my height) and had good results? Also looking forward to the back relief I will get from being able to stand comfortably without balancing all my weight on one foot.

Inexpensive and seat don't go together unfortunately, maybe try Ebay but even here at iboats they aren't inexpensive especially buying the post too.

Look around for your best deal, starting here at iboats of coarse btu I think between the seat and poost you are in for probly $200.

Good luck.

Try looking at www.Basspro.com I have a seat pole that adjust up to 31" tall with just a butt seat on top. If thats not tall enough use more than one pole to get the right height.
