Lowrance has to have the worst customer service I have a sonar less than three months old with a bad transducer. EDIT If I can not find one then I will put it in the box take it back to store and try another brand. Then need a proof of sale I have a ticket of sale with but they sent it back to me because not a date on the hand carbon copy ticket. The place I bought it is about hour one way so trying to get a replacement.
