Need a source for a lower unit spanner nut. (Pre-alpha)

I'm getting water in lower unit of a MC-1/pre-alpha. I used the correct tool but ended up breaking off several of the "ears". Now I need to find a replacement part. Preferably ASAP. My issue is I can't seem to locate or identify a current part number. 528340 is stamped on the edge if that helps.

If you want the parts yesterday, visit a local Mercruiser dealer.

unless your working on a unit LESS THAN 1 year, drill 2 1/4 inch holes in the ring, chip out the section , and then remove the remaining piece. For the prop shaft get the "cutter seal" 26-814242
