need advice...cracked thru-hulls

i just found that both of my thru-hull fittings for my scuppers are cracked....looks like brass.....whats the best way to replace them..and which thru-hull fittings do you recommend?

they sell replacement scuppers right here in the marine store. click the box at the top of the page. then enter scupper.
