Need advice for putting Steering & Throttle control on Vintage Coronado

I am working on a late 1950s Coronado 14ft boat and would like to add a steering wheel & throttle control. I currently have a 1959 18 HP Johnson that is equipped with a tiller handle but has the connections for controls. This boat has pulleys in the back corners so I am wondering what the best setup would be to add steering and throttle to this boat. I appreciate any insight, thanks!!
