Need Advice On Adding An Outboard Gil Armstrong Type Bracket Figuring Out Floatation?

I have an opportunity to purchase an aluminum bracket for my 19' center console boat. The 150 merc makes it sit a little low in the stern at rest. How much if any flotation at rest with this bracket create? Not sure how to figure out how much displacement = how many pounds of flotation. The bracket is water tight and weighs 70lbs. Thanks in advance.

20"x16" on the transom side
16"x12" on the motor side

Any flotation gain will be offset by having the same motor a couple of feet further aft. Make sure the bracket has the correct transom angle, neither transoms nor brackets are all the same ...
