I have a 1985 V4 evinrude 90HP with tilt and trim that has 2 major problems.

One of the oil injectors (or to lean of fuel) (something) killed one of the pistons.

Then either someone stole, or left the head off when they found that. as one bank is missing the head.

The lower unit was reported to be good...

I want to list it locally to recover some of my $ I have spent already on the boat...

What value would it hold??

THanks guys!

The tilt and trim, electronics and lower unit are worth some money. Check ebay in completed listings for same or similar parts. I just worked out a deal to buy a 9.9 lower unit off of a sailmaster with all the parts to convert to long shaft for $50.

Yeah, and it has a nice stainless prop...

That is worth something too..
it has another prop, but it is not stainless...

$100 for the sainless prop,
$50 for the other,
$200 for the whole motor

???
