Hi guys,
im going to sell my 91 merc 115 . it is in good running shape..25 inch motor..power tilt and trim..reasdy to go. Im looking for advice on asking price. i never sold one before and was looking for its worth in the market. any ideas?

Did you use it in Saltwater or Freshwater? How Many hours? I would say a good spot to start is about $1600...I looked up the blue book on it and it is about a grand but I think that is low for that. If it has been in freshwater and normal hours of use you may be able to get more out of it...Most people steer clear of older outboards used in saltwater...Just my two cents...

used in fresh only. not alot of hours. compression is around 135-140 on all 4.

What do you think it is worth? I bet you could ask 2000 for it if it is in good condition since all freshwater use.
