need clipper circut for 71 125 evinrude or parts motor

my 71 has no spark tested all parts clipper circut tested bad way to expensive for new one if u can even find one grateful for any help thanks

You can take that clipper circuit out of the system, Just make sure you maintain good electrical connections. Use regular hex nut's at the battery, not wing nuts". It would also be a good idea to replace the ignition coil, then make sure the coil is'nt drawing more than 1 to 1 1/2 amps. The clipper was meant to protect from these faults.
