need coils

I have a 1961 or'62 Elgin model 25 ,27.7 h.p. outboard motor the coils are missing .Does any one know of a good place to get them thanks,Ken

Your motor is based on the Scott/McCulloch 28. 61(61302510, 61302520, 61302530, 61302540)62 (62302810, 62302620, 62302830, 62302840, 62302730).The various numbers apply to long shaft,short shaft electric start etc.
try a free webvertize at www.aomci.org or ask on the forum there.

Also ask the scott guy at ask the scott guy.
