Need Date to buy manual

Vintage Evinrude 4423-12190 looks like a 1.5 HP but no markings. Need a date to see if I can buy a service manual.

I'm home now. Your motor was built in 1948. Sorry, my parts catalog is for the older 1941-46 Sportwin 3.3 hp not the 1947-51.
