need exhaust shutter / flapper

I have 3" thru hull tips that have no shutters or internal flaps I would like to get a set and I could always just drill two holes like shutters fasten in the y-pipe. I have found a place that sells the hole tip with internal flaps but I just want the flapper I will fab them up in the tips. I did some searching last night for some and came up with nothing

Thanks Don but I tried that and all I am finding is the rubber ones that go on the outside of the tip with a clamp and I don't think they seal tight enough so I figured the style that go in the tip would be better but can only find them for 4" tips.
