Need expert opinion on this motor asap...if possible thanks guys

my outboard had cracked block this week... looking at used 20hp mercury...local swap sheet...
serial number 5607466

2 questions...this is electric start and set up for steering wheel...

I want to put tiller arm on it and not sure how to convert the electric start to shorten as well as can ya put a pull start on these things...

would these two changes be really expensive to do????

tx guys... i called on this and the guy is givien me about a hour to get baack to him.

anyone have any idea about how difficult and expensive it'd be to convert the electric start to pull start and put tiller arm on this motor? i really don't want to have to carry a battery, etc... 12 foot boat....not alot of spare room

Looks like it was built as either tiller or remote. I guess it depends on whether all of the parts are available and those that are listed NLA will take you some time to google.
