Need gap and stuff for plugs.....50hp Johnson

Hey im the one with the trouble with the 50hp Johnson losing power in gear....what should my oil mix be and what about the gap in plugs.....Mo#50es-75b

Gap = .030<br /><br />Mix = 50:1

is that the gap the marine plugs come as......???<br />i got the L77's?
