Welcome Gabby!

The extension kits are no longer available from BRP (the old OMC). Most boating mags have advertisments in the back where you can pick up used parts or buy new. Or, search up TwinCity Marine or SeaWay marine. You may even find what you need at a local dealership. The last price listed for the kit was $235.....wouldn't count on that now though.

Hope you find what ya' need!

You might also want to try Bay Manufacturing. They have a website that lists all the available applications. I put one of their extension kits on my merc and it works very well. The cost was around 250$.

Another source might be an outboard wrecking yard, like tcoutboard.com. They'll have the longshaft version of your motor and sometimes even offer a deal where they take your short shaft parts back as partial payment.
