Need help fast!!!

Alright, got a 1975 Johnson 115 hp OB. Was messing with the fuel pump, went to start it and it was turning over fine, then all the sudden, NOTHING. It wont turn over, the elec choke doesnt do anything.....ANY ideas? I was trying to go out to the lake today. Thanks.

oh, also, the tilt/trim still works.

Blown 20 amp fuse. Look for the fuse holder towards the front of the engine.

This may sound weird, but i dont see ANY fuses by the engine?? I just went to the garage and turned the key, i heard a single click, and then nothing. If i wait a few minutes it will click....but thats it. The fuse that you're talking about, what is it by?? Or what does it go to? I followed the wires from the starter and saw no fuses.

If you are getting a starter solenoid click, then the fuse (wherever it is) is OK.
You are going to have to do some troubleshooting, I'm afraid.

click...nothing...click...nothing...click...nothing...sounds like bad battery or bad connections, to me.

Hmm, i think it was the bad connection thing. Wiggled around a few wires, and poof! It works......
