Need help fixing air leak in water pick up from stern drive.

I have an air leak in the water pick up system in the stern drive on a Volvo 275. The leak is below the h frame below the water elbow. I am trying to figure out an easy way to drive the water tube( steering knuckle) from the h frame. Any ideas? Please help. Thanks.

I used a socket similar in diameter to the tube. It wasnt hard to drive out.

Thanks. We had tried that, but it had probably not been out since 1986. We ended up welding a 2" pipe on a 8" c clamp. Worked very well. Thanks for the response.
