need help fuel digital tachometer

i have fuel gauge digital tachometer 250 yamaha but never indicate the exactly position for fuelgas, what shoud i check to test and solve that matter ? any help 8)

i dont know how to test your gauge but i do know i have seen the floats and other parts inside the tank "the parts that tell your gauge what is in there" go bad there are a lot of different systems out there ? it is best to just replace the module of componants inside tank if you are unsure. before you do this does the gauge work ok when boat is not moving. becouse you can expect some movement of floats inside tank while moving then your gauge would fluctuate this is normal from my experience good luck

Gas Gauges Never tell you Exactly what's in the Tank........
Most just give you a General Idea of whether there'sGas in the tank,+ About how much........

The Top 1/2 tank has Always lasted Longer than the Bottom 1/2...........
