Need help getting the most performance out of my boat...

I'm looking for help finding what brand/type of stainless steel prop to buy for my boat. I will probably get the same pitch as I have now, but my current prop has a little damage. Boat is an 20 foot fiberglass, deep-V, 1984 Sea Ray with 350/Mercruiser and I'm guessing Alpha I outdrive.

My next question is are those hydrofoil devices worth anything? Will they help me get on plane faster or add any speed?

I use the boat mostly for cruising around and to pull tubes and in the near future a wakeboard.

Thanks for any advice :)

I've read about them on this site but I missed the website for them. What is the web site for smart tabs?

Clean bottom, 50F air, 45F water, 0 to plane is 3.5 sec. and 54 mph alone. Freshwater slime of 1.5", 90F air, 70F water and I need full trim in to just get on plane and max. of 48 mph.
