Need help ID this motor

I just bought this little outboard. Im not sure if the cover is for this particular motor. The cover says 4hp Seaking Chrysler by Monkey Works but it seems that it was modified to fit this motor. The numbers on the bracket -Model:VWB52179F
Ser: 48x 23129
Any guess?? Where can I find a diagram for this particular model?
