I have a 70hp Johnson(70ESL-74M), with an aluminum prop. It has the pitch marked on it(13-19), and what I assume is a part number(413 30), or maybe a partial part number. The prop has some dings in it, so ive been looking to replace it, and found what I think is a stainless-steel prop off a 125hp Evinrude(125183C). It does not have a pitch marked on it, but it does have a part number(413 26). The numbers were hard to read, and Im not sure what digits are really part of the part number, if it is a part number. The "4" is slightly lower than the "13 26", like its on a different line, and there is a smaller sized font "C" below it. The "13" and "26" have a space between them, and a smaller sized font "U" after them. Ive attached a picture of the layout of the number on the prop. As far as I can tell, the size and pitch of the two props looks to be the same. I'd like to know what the actual pitch of the SS prop is, but i'd really like to know how to identify the part numbers, if they are part numbers. I've looked everywhere, but no luck. They didn't even ressemble the Johnson or Evinrude part numbers. If someone can help me, it would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.

Welcome to iboats!

Check out this link and fill in as much information as possible http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=287818

Look around the end of the props where the nut would make contact. if nothing is there, you should take both of them to a prop shop to have them measured.
