Need Help Identifying Mercruiser 4 Cylinder

Hi, I was hoping some one could help me ID my 4 cylinder Mercruiser. Someone has replaced the valve cover so I dont know what HP it is. The serial number on the block is 6313871. Can any one tell me what I have?
