I am searching EBAY for a used prop for my '86 Crestliner 18 foot open bow deep v. Motor is a mercruiser 140. My problem is I don't know what type of prop will fit my outdrive. If someone can help me identify it with the below pictures I'd really appreciate it.

Also, what pitch should I try for tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, etc.?

Thanks in advance for any advice!!!!

Any Merc 'Black Max' prop, with a 14" to 16" diameter, will fit. Have a look at the hub and you will see a part number followed by a number with the letter 'P' at the end. That is the pitch of the prop, and it will be an odd number. That one in the photo likes like it could be a 17" or 19". If the engine was making full revs (4200-4600) with that prop on, then look for one that is one size (2") smaller for tow sports.
