Need Help IDing old Evinrude

Hi, was wondering if anyone could help me identify year and HP of an old Evinrude outboard. The Model number is 3302S, and the the serial number is B16233. It is a 2 cyl, and Im guess in the 3-10 HP range, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
