i searched and bought similiar type of boat last year. if engine runs well and boat is sound, looks like a great price. don't know if i would go 35 miles offshore with a 19', but i'm sure people do it. good luck-

Bob - Looks nice from the picture but you can't really tell much by looking at a picture.

I have had a 19' and felt comfortable in going to the edge of the Gulf Stream - 3 to 5 miles out from Miami - but would not want to take a boat that size anywhere near 35 miles unless I was with a floatilla with a mechanic on one of the boats. Those 1-3 ft waves can turn to 4-6 footers quick and that ain't comfort no how in a 19' boat. Just think - you are out by yourself 35 miles and a storm comes up and your motor craps out - we read about you in the newspaper the next day.

Bob, I'm going to throw my hat in with SoLittle and Matttt25, I know people who do this and get away it. But as far as I'm concerned a 35 mile trip into the open ocean in a 19' boat is a one way trip. It only takes one bad day!

Link
