I have a 1989 OMC Chevy 4.3 V6 with a small amount of water in my port-side cylinders. The 1989 OMCs have large, 1 piece cast iron manifolds. See picture:

I removed the port-side exhaust manifold, blocked/sealed off the exhaust exit and pushed water into the intake hole. The three passage ways that carry the exhaust gases out of the engine filled up with water in about 5 seconds. This means that the exhaust manifold is cracked - right?
