need help on 120 evinrude foot gear assemble.

Got the foot apart but can,t get the prop shaft out.Looks like sleeve slides out with prop shaft.It wont slide out.used slip hammer type to force it out.Any ideas?Also a schematic of the foot gear set up would be great.And wheres best place to buy rev. gear and seals?

Need model number or year, NAPA auto parts has some gears and seals etc.<br /> looking at the napa parts catalog shows a bearing carrier and 4 retainer screws which are in the inside end of the carrier.<br /> Catalog has a very nice blowup of the whole assembly.<br /> I asked for their Marine products catalog<br /> as an after thought the other day, they had one and geve it to me no charge and they didnt know me from Adam.Ive only been in that store about 3 times in 5 years.

O.K. its all apart.Apears that the shifting fork is not pushing rev gear in enough to engage properly..Would the fork need to be replaced or would put in a trust washer??.Also any precautions while putting it back together?

Its model e120tlcor.Think thats 85 model.thanks for any help..
