Need help on my lower unit please

Ok,here is my question.I have a 1995 15hp 2stroke merc,i can't remember for the life of me how the prop spins when the motor is off.
The prop spins with a click in forward/spins freely in neutral/locks both ways in reverse,is this normal for this motor,i believe it is but i can't remember for sure.

It should click in forward when you turn clockwise and lock going the other way.
